Maintenance / Type of Materials basic - best

After Tint

- Do not (machine or hand) wash the vehicle for a week ( or 3 to 5 days during summer heat).

- Do not roll-down the windows for a week or 3 to 5 days during summer heat.

- Tint film is applied on the inside of the vehicle window glass.  Please be-cautious on the type of chemicals use as cleaning agent on window film as some could be abrasive or too strong of a chemical compounds.

- A soft microfiber towel is recommended for drying.  Please avoid mixing microfiber towel usages,  example: microfiber use to clean the external of vehicles might not want to be use on cleaning window tint as external contaminant might cause an unwanted effect on your tints.   A dense particles  such as sands/leaves/etc could be too abrasive for the window tint films.

- Please use clean water and clean soft microfiber

- Please be-cautious when releasing seat belt as seat belt metal could create a tear/scrape on your window tint (non natural damage such as seat belt hit are not warranty by manufacturer).

Type of tint materials
Basic to Best

- Dyed Film  - Basic films primarily used for Aesthetic and Privacy.  This film do not help much with heat reduction.  ( Basic Series)

- High Performance Film - Constructed with metal properties which would interfere with digital signals. ( Basic Series )

​

- Nano Carbon Film - moderately helped with heat depend on the property of the IR ( InfraRed ) rejection rating - An earlier heat reducing technology ( Mid Series)

​

- Nano Ceramic  Film - newer nano technology which help with heat reduction.  Not all ceramic film are the same, this also depend on the property of IR ( InfraRed ) rejection rating  ( High Series)

- Multi Layered Nano Film - technology that combined nano particles with multi layer of thin films. ( Best )

Notes: Film without Color Stable Technology could either fade to purple, fade to brown or fade to clear.  Please inquire with your installer dealer if the film is color stable ? Do check the warranty certificate information.
